Flooding in Hengyang

During the 2019 summer trip to China, the area was experiencing record flooding.
The Army came in boats and later some large trucks came to pull people from their homes.
While the school was in little danger, without food, electricity or water, it would not have been wise to remain.
Even when we got to Zhuzhou and Changsha, many of the 'river walks' and parks were still under water.
